Our Pricing Structure

Our General Monthly Retainer Rate
£27.50/hour
Predictable pricing on a monthly basis. Rate used for all retainers of 10hrs or more per month.
Minimum Retainer Commitment:
10 hours per month.
Typical Contract Structure:
1-month paid trial → ongoing 3-month contracts (no obligation to renew after your 1-month paid trial).
Unused Hours Roll Over:
We’ll always roll over up to 5 unused hours over a 1-month period to your next retainer as we recognise that workloads may fluctuate.
Our Ad-Hoc Support Rate
£32.50/hour
Pricing for one-off projects, retainer support under 10hrs per month, or overflow work outside your retainer.
Minimum Retainer Commitment:
For Ad-Hoc, there’s no minimum hours per month.
